We take your empty property and stage it with exceptional interiors - transforming a house into a home. Helping buyers imagine & connect with the space, we rent it to you for an initial 6 weeks, with the option to extend.

This allows time to take professional photographs, list the property, get viewings, receive offers and begin the sale process.

We begin with a consultation to understand your property, target market and also get to know you. Some photos or ideally a floor plan will help us provide you with a bespoke quote.

Once you are happy with your quote and give us the go ahead, we’ll agree an installation date that works for you.

On installation day we expertly deliver the vision, making it a reality. Furniture, carefully chosen accessories, mirrors & artwork transform your empty space into a home, and it’s ready for professional marketing photography.

When you are ready, we will arrange to collect everything and leave the property as we found it. Ready to hand over the keys!
